Unlikely. Extraterrestial "life" has been found (fossilised bacteria, if I remember correctly), but nothing even remotely resembling anything we would call intelligent.

I'd be surprised if extraterrestrial fungi would be found, tbh. Intelligent life (sentient, not necessarily sapient) would be more than a jackpot.
