All fruits from a same tree

Due to advanced technology we will have all kinds of fruits like apple, pears, orange, plums, lemon and the Indian king of fruits Mango from a single tree. If one seed can give birth to a huge tree why genetically engineered seed can’t give all fruits from a same tree? This way environmental issue like cutting down trees can be avoided. Since one tree will bear all varieties of fruits it’s enough to have a single tree instead of many trees. Better still these trees can be situated in a single village known as a fruit village that can supply fruits to the entire nation.
